Services

Serious work, explained simply.

Six services, one goal: a digital presence the owner understands, controls, and is proud of. No jargon, no lock-in, no surprise costs.

Service 01 / 06

Website Strategy

Before anything gets designed, we learn the business's goals, audience, priorities, and digital challenges — then plan a site around them.

In practice

For a restaurant, that might mean putting the menu, hours, and directions one tap from the homepage.

A website organized around what customers actually look for.

What you get

  • Discovery conversation with the owner
  • Audience and goal definition
  • Sitemap and content priorities
  • A written plan before design begins
Service 02 / 06

Website Design

We create custom, mobile-friendly interfaces designed around each business — not a generic template with the logo swapped out.

In practice

A family bakery gets warmth and photography; a dental office gets calm, clarity, and easy booking.

A site that looks like the business, not like everyone else's.

What you get

  • Custom visual direction
  • Mobile and desktop layouts
  • Typography and color system
  • Owner review before anything is built
Service 03 / 06

Website Development

We build fast, responsive, accessible websites that work on the phones and browsers customers actually use.

In practice

Pages that load quickly on a mid-range phone over cellular data — because that's how most customers will visit.

A site that works for every customer, on every device.

What you get

  • Hand-built, modern code
  • Mobile-first responsive layouts
  • Accessibility checks throughout
  • Performance-tested before launch
Service 04 / 06

Brand Guidance

We help businesses present one consistent identity — message, colors, type, and tone — across their website, storefront, and social profiles.

In practice

One color palette and logo treatment that matches the menu, the window sign, and the Instagram page.

Customers recognize the business everywhere they see it.

What you get

  • Simple, usable brand guidelines
  • Logo cleanup or refresh guidance
  • Color and type recommendations
  • Templates the owner can reuse
Service 05 / 06

Social Media Strategy

We improve profiles, content direction, and posting systems so social media stops feeling like a chore and starts working.

In practice

A realistic two-post-per-week rhythm with photo guidance the owner can follow from their phone.

A social presence the owner can actually keep up with.

What you get

  • Profile and bio optimization
  • Content pillars and examples
  • A sustainable posting rhythm
  • Photo and caption guidance
Service 06 / 06

Digital Education

We explain everything we build, in plain language, so owners feel confident updating and managing their own online presence.

In practice

A one-page guide — in the owner's preferred language — showing exactly how to change hours or add a photo.

The owner controls the tools, not the other way around.

What you get

  • Plain-language documentation
  • A hands-on walkthrough session
  • Answers written down, not just spoken
  • A clear point of contact for questions

What does it cost?

Our student work is provided at no cost or at an accessible nonprofit rate, depending on scope. Third-party costs like a domain (usually $10–20/year) or hosting are explained clearly before any work begins — and sponsors sometimes cover even those. You’ll never encounter a surprise charge, and the finished website belongs entirely to you.
