Great program, invisible program
Bright Steps works — the binder of thank-you notes proves it. But a program that recruits through flyers can only reach families who walk past the right bulletin board. The concept site gives it a front door: what it is, who it's for, when it runs, and how to join, in plain language.
Designed for busy parents on phones
Everything critical fits on one scrolling mobile page — programs, times, location, enrollment. Forms are short, jargon-free, and translated. A parent on a bus can enroll a student in under three minutes.
Credibility for partners
Schools and donors judge programs partly by how organized they appear. A calm, professional site with clear programs and real schedules makes the case the binder never could.
